    We build the knowledge base from your prices, services and rules, connect the agent to your channels and systems, define where it stops and hands over to a person, and test it on real scenarios. The first-contact agent takes 4–6 weeks.

    • Connection to messengers, website, calendar or CRM — depending on the agent
