What data we receive

The website collects no contact details. Conversations happen in Telegram with the PlanB AI agent, where we receive only what you send yourself: your company name, website or Instagram, chat messages and your Telegram profile data.

Why

To understand your task, suggest agents, discuss the rollout and agree on the service. Marketing messages only with separate consent.

Where the data goes

Telegram → the PlanB AI agent → the PlanB team running the rollout. The final list of services is confirmed by the client.

Analytics

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are switched on only after you consent in the cookie settings.

Retention

Website technical logs — 30 days. How long conversations with the PlanB AI agent are kept is confirmed before launch.
